Learn Evacuation RoutesPick two places to meet in the event of an evacuation:
1. A place outside your home in the event of a sudden emergency
2. A convenient meeting place outside your neighborhood in case you cannot return home Choose two close friends or family members who live out-of-state who will serve as the communications coordinator and relay messages in the event your family becomes separated during a terrorist attack.

Pets are not allowed in public shelters. Keep essential family records in a water and fire-proof container. Take a basic first-aid and CPR course. Next >> |
